Fairfield Real Estate Finance is please to announce its first Spanish deal - €18 million Development Loan facility provided to Arcano Real Estate
Fairfield Real Estate Finance is providing loan facilities for the full refurbishment and re-purposing of a former office building to create a 163-bed hotel in Barcelona by Arcano Real Estate. Arcano will deliver the Meininger operated, LEED Gold rated urban hotel next to La Fira Convention Centre in L’Hospitalet directly across from the La Fira station.
