Almost All Homes Sold at Rivenhall Park Development

Almost all the homes have now been sold at Bellway’s Rivenhall Park development in Witham, where construction work is due to be completed at the end of this year.

All but nine of the 269 houses being built for private sale at the site off Forest Road have been purchased since the first homes were released onto the market in April 2017.

Bellway is building a total of 385 properties at Rivenhall Park, including 116 homes designated as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.

Rivenhall Park is one of three Bellway developments currently under construction in Witham. All homes have been sold at Bluebells, off Rickstones Road, where building work is set to be complete this month, while the first homes at New Gimson Place, off River View, are due to go on sale in the summer.

Bellway has submitted plans to build 230 homes at a new development off Rectory Lane, next to the existing Rivenhall Park site. If approved, the development will include 161 properties for private sale and 69 affordable homes.

As part of the planning agreement for Rivenhall Park, Bellway has invested almost £2 million in local services, including £1.3 million for education and contributions towards sports facilities, healthcare and community centre improvements.”

A selection of three and four-bedroom detached homes are currently available at Rivenhall Park, with prices starting from £419,995.
