Fergus Dick

Fergus joined FREF in April 2019 and has over 20 years of post-qualified finance experience in commercial roles across a broad range of sectors including Banking, FMCG, Travel, Food supply chain assurance, Retail and Healthcare.

Before, FREF, Fergus worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a number of high growth Private Equity backed businesses that successfully navigated the full investment lifecycles. That is from initial funding raise, deploying the capital for organic and acquisitive growth, running a competitive sale and refinancing processes, and achieving good investor returns.

Fergus qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 training with Ernst & Young in Edinburgh and San Francisco. He also holds both a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Edinburgh and an Honours degree in Accountancy and Business Finance from Dundee University.
