Alex Brown

Alex has 14 years of accountancy experience in a variety of relevant fields.

Alex joined FREF in October 2016 as Group Financial Controller after gaining valuable Real Estate experience as Group Finance Manager of Chris Stewart Group, a high profile real estate investment and development group.

Before CSG, Alex worked in Corporate Recovery & Restructuring with FRP Advisory LLP for 4 years working on a number of distressed real estate cases.

Prior to his Recovery & Restructuring role, Alex worked as an accounts senior for RSM, managing the accounts, audit and taxation affairs of over 170 clients.

Alex is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and has an Honours degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
